Citrix Systems, Inc. announces the End of Life of the Citrix Receiver for Universal Windows Platform (UWP) effective 31 December, 2020. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from Citrix Technical Support and Customer Service until 31 December, 2020. Product information will be limited to the historical material available on Citrix docs or other online resources and is subject to removal at a future date. The tables below explain the Citrix Receiver for UWP life cycle management milestones:

Notice of Status Change (NSC) | Notice of Status Change (NSC) is the date on which Citrix publicly communicates the specific dates for a product's End of Sale (EOS), End of Maintenance (EOM), and End of Life (EOL). | 25 August, 2020 |
End of Maintenance (EOM) | The date that signifies when a specific product release will have no further code-level maintenance. | 30 September, 2020 |
End of Life (EOL) | The date that signifies when technical support and product downloads will no longer be available. Technical support for issues will be limited to information contained in the Citrix Knowledge Center and Support Forums. If the issues cannot be corrected through this method, then an upgrade path or migration to the latest version or product replacement is recommended. | 31 December, 2020 |
