Resolution
Add machine account of Cloud Connector for Citrix Cloud, or Delivery Controller for on-prem, to policy setting "Access this computer from the network" in Local Policies/User Rights Assignment
Problem Cause
Communication with other machines is blocked by User Rights Assignment policy setting. "Access this computer from the network". This is a default setting in the the Microsoft Security baseline policy.Additional Information
