With the new plugin release in 12.1 57.18 customer's using non english keyboard cannot type special characters. This used to work earlier with all the plugin versions 12.1 56.22 or older.

For example using the french azerty keyboard  @ is typed using "Alt+Ctrl+0" or "AltGr+0"  or # which is typed using Alt+Ctrl+3.

 

When the customer type the same in browser the keys works fine but with the plugin they are unable to type the username or passwords containing special characters.

This issue is fixed under#NSHELP-23556 and a refresh plugin version 12.1 58.20 has been published for the same.

The in-build plugin version 12.1 59.X and 13.0 61.X has the fix included, please consider upgrading the ADC to avail the fix.
