Description
When checked on Citrix Cloud portal > Resource location > Cloud connector shows disconnected state.
Resolution
Create an exception in firewall which helps to restore Cloud Connector Connectivity.
Problem Cause
Upon checking further found out that URL cwsproduction.blob.core.windows.net/downloads/ was placed in high risk category in Firewall.
