Description
When searching for a user in the monitor tab you get the message "This user doesn't have any running sessions or assigned desktops"
Resolution
Give the connectors AD account's read access to the user AD accounts
Problem Cause
The Citrix Cloud connectors need read access to the users AD account to enumerate the groups the user is a member of. By default, this access is inherited through the Authenticated Users group but if this group has been modified the Connectors will not have the required access
