Description
After restarting the Tool Stack on Xencenter Power State of the VM is shown as Unknown on Cloud Studio.
- VDA status will be shown as registered.
- Users will be able to Launch Session without any issues.
- Turning on/off mode on the Hosting connection restore the power state.

Engineering team fixed the issue on Cloud DDC
