Incorrect user name and password via NetScaler - can't login

Resolution

Disable McAfee services or uninstall Disable McAfee Antivirus to mitigate the issue.

Suggest the customer to contact McAfee support to find the definite root cause of the isuse.

Problem Cause

McAfee is failing the RADIUS DUO Authentication
