Description
Removal of a Hypervisor from a Pool when XenCenter fails.
Instructions
1. Connect the host using SSH session and login.2. Run the command xe host-declare-dead uuid=<host_uuid>
3. Run the command xe host-forget uuid=<host_uuid> --force

4. Go back into Xencenter and verify that the host is no longer part of the pool.
