1. Set HKLM\Software\Citrix\DesktopServer\XmlServicesEnableSsl value to '1'

A Successful STA service URL should look like this in IE:

Problem Cause

The Citrix Delivery Controller is set to enforce https traffic only for XML

  • XmlServicesEnableSsl key was set to 0 for a previous configuration enforcing SSL traffic.
