Description
After upgrading to 7 1912 CU1 from 7.15, operations performed on Catalog can be slower when Delivery Controller does not have access to internet or communication with Google Analytics servers is interrupted.

Resolution
Google Analytics are collected (and later uploaded) automatically when you install (or upgrade) Studio.

Environment's restriction of internet access causes GA client threads can't exit promptly and accumulate to large count. Hence exhausts thread pool and blocks the activation of the normal UI thread for Studio dialog show-up.Additional Information
