Citrix Profile Management - user profiles not getting created in user store.

Description
When users log into a new Delivery Group they are given a Local profile and the profile is not created in the Profile store. Symptoms of Issue: Can navigate to the user store via UNC. No errors will show on the VDA. When enabling Profile Management logging the logs will not be created in the path to log files location.
Resolution
Reinstalling the VDA software and making sure "Citrix Profile Management" resolved the issue.
Problem Cause
Running the VDA health assistant on the VDA showed the Citrix Profile management component was not reachable on the VDA.
