HCLLog: AzureRmFactory.EndCreateCompleteVM: Exception: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Error: creating virtual machine failed. Subnet PD-SUK-SUBNET-VDI-01 with address prefix 10.133.0.0/21 does not have enough capacity for 1 IP addresses.

Resolution

Customer Fixed the Azure Resource / Capacity issue and we Restarted Services so that pending fire action will fail and we can send new action.

As a workaround, we are able to restart the Citrix Broker service, the Citrix MCS service and the Citrix Host service and the VDAs will go to unknown and then reflect the proper power state after which they can power management then

In addition, we provided the following command: Update-HypHypervisorConnection -LiteralPath XDHyp:\Connections\Azure_TAS_Connection which can be useful on this situation.
