Desktop viewer will show two monitors' content in one monitor after removing the external monitor from the client.

Description
1.Connect to VDA from endpoint and Desktop Viewer displays on 1st and 2nd monitor as full windows.
2.Unplug the 2nd monitor
3.Desktop viewer is going to resize on 1st monitor. It will show two monitors' contents in one monitor finally.
4.The issue can be restored by changing desktop viewer back to windows mode.
5.The issue only happens after we upgrade the vda from 7.15 to 1906
Resolution
We can use the following registry to switch the VDA back to the standard mode to solve the compatibility issue.
1.Creat the following key
Path: HKLM\Software\Citrix\Graphics
Key: AdapterMerits
2.Add the following Value under the key
DWORD CitrixDoD = 3
DWORD CitrixDoDMax = 3
But the existing graphic card is not in our support list, the compatibility issue comes up after the upgrade.

Problem Cause
For desktop OS VDA versions 7.16 or newer. There is no installation mode for HDX 3D Pro. VDA will detect the presence of supported GPU drivers automatically at runtime, so HDX 3d Pro Mode is enabled after the upgrade.But the existing graphic card is not in our support list, the compatibility issue comes up after the upgrade.
