Description
On Cloud Connector unable to login to Cloud portal using Internet Explorer, get the message "Unable to Process your request", "There was an unexpected error".
While installing Cloud Connector same error message is seen after entering credentials.
Resolution
Solution 1:
Check if "Security_HKLM_only" registry is present under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings", if found delete it
Solution 2:
Problem Cause
Internet Explorer settings restricting the Cloud Connector installation process.
