ADC AWS instance license missing after cold reboot

Description
The license is lost after every cold/full reboot. It shows an BYOL express licenses and that the Gateway feature isn't available. If I do a warm reboot following the cold one the license is properly detected again with no changes made to the config. This concerns me that the device might lose licensing once in production.
Resolution
1. Change hostname to 'ns' and rename license file hostname id to 'ns' as well.
2. Resolve connectivity issue to Meta-Data Server
Problem Cause
AWS ADC instance unable to connect to Meta-Data Server :: 169.254.169.254
The instance is not able to connect metadata which is causing the issue in getting hostname and the product ID and hence licensing.
