Description
After re-connecting to desktop session, Scaling setting on VDA is always restored to 100%.
This issue could happen with the VDA1811 and later.
Resolution
Below registry key on VDA can be added to disable it. VDA reboot is not required.
Key: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Graphics
Name: EnableDpiSupport
Type: DWORD
Value: 0
With DPI Scaling, if customer change the client’s DPI, then VDA will change the resolution to keep it. So we don’t want to customer to change VDA’s DPI by default.

Problem Cause
From the version 1811, we added a registry key as a switch to control it, by default VDA’s DPI will be reset when session connection.With DPI Scaling, if customer change the client’s DPI, then VDA will change the resolution to keep it. So we don’t want to customer to change VDA’s DPI by default.
