Previously users may have been used to pressing Shift + F11 to minimise their desktop. Users find this shortcut no longer works.

The desktop viewer provides a toolbar with easy access to controls without needing to memorize keyboard shortcuts. When the desktop viewer is enabled, the old shortcuts such as Shift + F11 no longer have any effect and are passed through to the VDA. To minimise the desktop, users click in the top midde of the screen to open the toolbar and press "Home"

Using on-prem StoreFront, it is possible to disable desktop viewer to revert to the legacy behavior. See StoreFront documentation.

Even when the desktop viewer has been disabled, it is possible that the keyboard shortcut has been changed or removed. For more information on customizing keyboard shortcuts, see Workspace app documentation.
