The setting "let me set a different input method for each app windows" is retained in ICA session.

Although the setting is enabled once in the console session of the user, it reverts to disabled upon launching the published application.

To modify selection of "Let me set a different input method for each app windows" checkbox, registry setting below is needed: 

Key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CITRIX
Name:ClientDataOption
Type:REG_DWORD
Data:2

By default, we will disable the setting upon launching the published application.
The above registry key allow to save user selection. 

 

Problem Cause

This is by design. VDA will disable the setting upon session connection.
