"Cannot start desktop'
Storefront event log says: Host Unreachable.
Event Id: 28 and source: Host-Unreachable.
On Delivery Controller event logs: The Citrix Desktop service cannot connect to the delivery controller.
Event Id: 1002 and source: Citrix Desktop service.
Resolution
Logged into the VDA as admin account then logged off. Users are able to launch the desktop after this.
Problem Cause
VDA is unable to take requests.
