Description
You will experience the GUI accessibility issue when you upgrade SDWAN appliance to 11.0.2 version and when it gets rebooted either automatically or manually.
Resolution
Work-Around:
Start the Apache service using the below command from the Shell.
# etc/init.d/S51httpd start
Note: To get the shell access, please call into the Citrix Support team as the shell access credentials cannot be disclosed.
Solution:
Issue is fixed in 11.0.3, 10.2.6

Problem Cause
On a race condition, the APACHE service gets stopped when the device is upgraded to 11.0.2 and gets rebooted.
