Description
The error "Message Cannot Be sent. Unexpected Server error. View Director server event logs for further information (Refer Citrix KB article CTX130320)" is seen while sending messages to user sessions via Citrix Director while using "Delivery Group" And "Published Name" filter together
Resolution
Private LD1651 has been created to address this issue. Contact Citrix Support to get the Private fix.
