Description
User get an error: "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /epa/scripts/win/nsepa_setup.exe on this server" while accessing NS Gateway.
Resolution
Import the nsepa.exe file manually from a working NetScaler instance to the file location:
/var/netscaler/gui/epa/scripts/win/
Or contact Citrix Support for the nsepa.exe file. Post which you should be able to get the plugin.
