Description
- Resources from other Machine Catalogs launch as expected
- Desktops which are failing are unregistered Getting Event ID 1023 'SingleMultiSessionMismatch' on the VDA when Citrix Desktop Service is restarted
- Machine Type for Desktop OS Machine Catalog/Delivery Group showing Multi-session OS
Resolution
- Delete the Machine Catalog and all the machines which are part of the Machine Catalog
- Recreate a Machine Catalog with Operating System type as Single session OS and add machines to the existing Delivery Group/New Delivery Group
Problem Cause
Desktop OS supports Single session
