PVS 1906: Unable to boot target device from BDM ISO. Getting "No Disk found to boot"

Description
Target device was getting the IP address
When target device was trying to stream it was failing with error "No Disk found to boot"
Resolution
Right click on target device > Properties
Change "Boot from" from Hard disk to vDisk
Change "Boot from" from Hard disk to vDisk
Problem Cause
Wrong boot type selected for target device
