While using Internet Explorer v10/11 and accessing Citrix ADC version 12.1 GUI, error "Your browser is not supported.  Please use one of the following browsers."

Resolution

Archiving case, per customer Status(09/30): - This is a known issue already reported on NSHELP-20248, the fix will be available on NSUI-13918 and engineering is still working on fix. - Fix for this issue is going to be available on 12.1 build 55+, which is due mid-to-late Nov. 2019. Recommendations: - Use CLI vs. GUI - Use known good browsers and version that work - Downgrade back to known good build, as last resort

Problem Cause

FIX:

  • This is a known issue already reported on NSHELP-20248.
  • The fix will be available under Issue ID# NSUI-13918. 
  • This fix will be included in version 12.1 build 55+, which is tentatively due November/December 2019.

WORKAROUND:

  • Use CLI vs. GUI
  • Use known good browsers and version that work
  • Downgrade back to known good build, as last resort
