A 10Gb Interface could be recognized as 1Gb if the SFP was repeatedly inserted and removed or if the SFP was not inserted firmly.

Resolution

Reinsert the SFP firmly, or reset the interface with the following commands.

1.disable interface <Applicable interface>
2.reset interface <Applicable interface>
3.enable interface <Applicable interface>
