Cannot access Studio - 'Reenter the controller address or enter a new address.'
We get:
"DesktopStudio_ErrorID : AuthorizationError
Exception : Citrix.Fma.Sdk.ServiceCore.AuthorizationFailureException: Failed to authorize operation GetServiceAddedCapability. CheckGlobalAccess failed."
Also you will see something like this:
"ErrorCategory : PermissionDenied

Get-HypServiceAddedCapability : There was a problem communicating with the Citrix Delegated Administration Service"
Resolution
Check the status of all Citrix services on delivery controller. If any services are stopped, please start the service.

Restart the affected controller whose name you will get from the error (As described in the "Symptoms or Error" section).
OR
Restart the affected controller whose name you will get from the error (As described in the "Symptoms or Error" section).
Problem Cause
Random issue with controller.
