Navigate to Add/remove programs
If you see the Connector version with anything less than version 6.8.0
The installer logs for the connector will be in the following locations:
C:\ProgramData\Citrix\WorkspaceCloud\InstallLogs
C:\Windows\Temp\CitrixLogs\CloudServicesSetup
You may see an error related to .NET 4.7.2 download or installation in the CWCConnectorPrerequisites_XXXXXXXXXXXX.log or CWCConnector_XXXXXXXXXXXX.log

Reboot the Connector as part of the .NET framework installation process
The Connector will attempt to auto-update itself when it comes back online, check the following details to confirm your Connector is on the latest version and that the .NET 4.7.2 dependency is in place
How do I find out what .NET framework I have running on my Connectors?
If the Connector is updated to version 6.8.0 or newer, the .NET 4.7.2 dependency is in place because it was required to update the Connector to this version.
Any Connector not updated to 6.8.0 or newer, will first require the .NET 4.7.2 update in order for the Connector to update successfully
How do I find out when my Connectors updated last?
Head over to your Resource Locations page in your Citrix Cloud Platform
Click on your Resource Locations that house the Connectors you’re inquiring about
Here you can view your connectors and see when they last updated
How can I see if my Connectors are healthy?
Head over to your Resource Locations page in your Citrix Cloud Platform
Click the (…) menu next to the Resource Location in question
Click Run Health Check and the system will check the status of the Connectors
