How to create a custom report from the DaaS Monitor console

Instructions

To access Monitor, sign in to Citrix Cloud. In the upper left menu, select My Services > DaaS. Click Monitor.

  • Open the Trends section. Select the last tab, Custom Reports.

  • Click Create Reports.
  • Under Custom Query, enter a Report Name. 
  • Specify the Type of query to run. You can create a Custom Report query based on machines, connections, sessions, or application instances.

  • Under Conditions, the first option will be auto-selected and cannot be changed. To specify other filter conditions based on fields such as machine, delivery group, or time period, click the + icon.
  • Under Output Columns, specify the extra columns required in your Custom Report. Click the + icon to add more columns.
  • Once the desired parameters are set, select Preview to validate that the query meets your requirements. 
  • Click Export to run the query and download the report.

  • Click Save to add the Custom Report query to the list of saved queries. If required, you can generate a new report with the same parameters in the future by selecting Run and download.

Customers faimilar with ODATA queries can also create a Custome report using ODATA.

Issue/Introduction

The Custom Reports tab provides a user interface for generating Custom Reports containing real-time and historical data from the Monitoring database in tabular format.

Note: the Custom Reports feature requires a Premium license.
