The following error is returned by the Citrix Gateway to Citrix CWA app when application/desktop launch fails:
Failed to launch session <session_name>. Error code: 2501
This ticket indicates that STA ticket validation has failed for Enlightened Data Transport.
No config change/user action is needed. Retrying to launch app/desktop may help. If the issue persists please contact Citrix Support.
