User wants to put shortcuts to his applications and/or desktops on the Chrome desktop like a Windows user can.
Resolution
We do not support it with Workspace app for Chrome, but we do support it for Workspace app for Android on Chrome OS.
You will have to use Workspace app for Android from the Play Store on your Chromebooks.
Problem Cause
Not supported in Chrome version of Workspace app.
