·      This hotfix is based on the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 1903 VDA Core Services for Windows Desktop OS (32-bit). You can apply it to the VDA from a console session or from an RDP session. Upgrading from within an ICA session is not supported.

Installing and Uninstalling this Release

Notes:

·      You must restart the server after the installation of this hotfix completes. 

·      If the need arises to restore the original settings and functionality provided by this release, you must uninstall the release before reinstalling it according to the installation instructions below.

To install this release:

1.    Copy the package to an empty folder on the hard drive of the computer you want to update. Example:  (C:\extract\Citrix\HDX\Drivers\wdica).

2.    Close all applications.

3.     Run the following command from command prompt as an administrator:

“C:\windows\system32\RUNDLL32.EXE  SETUPAPI.DLL,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 C:\extract\Citrix\HDX\Drivers\wdica\wdica.inf”

4.    Restart the computer.

To uninstall:

“C:\windows\system32\RUNDLL32.EXE  SETUPAPI.DLL,InstallHinfSection DefaultUninstalll 132 C:\extract\Citrix\HDX\Drivers\wdica\wdica.inf”
