ADM not giving deploy option after running deployment_type.py

Description
When running the deployment_type.py to prepare an ADM instance for HA pairing, after reboot the deploy tab is missing.
Resolution
Reset the nsroot password to nsroot.
Go to System/Users and edit the password for nsroot. Set it to nsroot.
For CLI, use "pw mod user nsroot -h 0" and enter "nsroot" for password, then do "pw mod user root -h 0" and enter "nsroot" for password.

Problem Cause
ADM expects the default nsroot password for HA pairing and registration.
