This is by design - Android Workspace App does not support EDT enabled with custom MTU.
MTU is not supported for Workspace App for Android. The product development team is currently looking into this. In the meantime, the workaround would be to disable EDT and continue using the apps/desktops.
Issue/Introduction
During testing, Android devices with Citrix Workspace App do not appear to be functioning with Azure based NetScaler using StoreFront based default.ica.
MTU's were lowered to 1200. The same NetScaler works for EDT connections from Windows and also works for Android when EDT is disabled in the Android Citrix Workspace App.
