Blank Page on Citrix Gateway version 12.0 / 12.1 when running IE11 in Enterprise Mode

Description
On Citrix Gateway Version 12.0 or 12.1 the VPN login page shows up blank.
Issue is not seen with RFWEBUI theme but all other themes
Resolution
Option-1: For the Gateway Site turn off IE8 Emulation
If unable to turn off IE8 Emulation
Option-2: Use RFWEBUI Theme (if Domain Drop down is not needed)
Option-3: Use nFactor Authentication with Gateway and modify the login schema to have domain drop down
When checking the browser Developer Tool Console while reproducing the issue, we can see the following messages
IE8 does not work with Citrix Gateway Version 12.x due to known issue (#669942) https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX227539

Problem Cause
On the affected clients, although IE is version 11 it was running in Enterprise Mode with IE8 Emulation.When checking the browser Developer Tool Console while reproducing the issue, we can see the following messages
