VDA Upgrade Aborts - Service Failed to Stop

Description
As of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 1903, the VDA update process will check to make sure all applicable Citrix services can be stopped before the upgrade starts. If a specific service needs to be stopped to complete the upgrade and cannot, the VDA upgrade process will abort and notify the administrator to which service has failed this prerequisite check.
Resolution
If an administrator is notified that a service failed to stop, the administrator should manually stop that specific service and restart the upgrade process.
