Native Phone apps for Samsung have a set of co related bundle IDs, where by it is not possible to enable the phone app in Samsung Kiosk mode specifying the bundle IDs.

For this feature to work, we could install the phone shortcut app from the Playstore or third party Dialer application from the store.

Instructions

1)Download the Phone shortcut app from the store and add the App ID while configuring the Kiosk policy.
"com.ospolice.phoneshortcut"
2)Download the Dialer application from the store and add the App ID while configuring the Kiosk policy.
"com.simpler.dialer".
Either of the above two steps would help to add the phone app in kiosk mode.
