Unable to add a contact to the Citrix Cloud account.

Administrator added an account to the Citrix Cloud Admins, invitation received however unable to sign in to the cloud portal.

Resolution

User created a www.citrix.com weblogon account and then was able to be added as an administrator.

Problem Cause

By design as Citrix Cloud login requires my Citrix account

When you sign in to Citrix Cloud for the first time, Citrix Cloud performs several actions to set up your account and prepare it for use. Most of these actions are automatic, like adding access to ShareFile, which comes with your Citrix Cloud account.
