Description
When a user has opened the Citrix Receiver preferences dialog box from the Desktop viewer toolbar, all further mouse clicks are ignored by Receiver until the session is disconnected and reconnected.
Resolution
Resolved by LD0260 available in Citrix Receiver for Windows 4.9.5000 and Citrix Workspace App 1811 and above.
Problem Cause
There was an incompatibility with the mousetimer setting and the Relative Mouse Feature of desktop Viewer that was preventing mouse control switching from the local machine back into the session.Issue/Introduction
The mouse clicks might not generate responses on the remote session. This issue can occur when you open the Preferences window from the Desktop Viewer toolbar and configure the MouseTimer setting to any value other than the default value.
