Resolution
1) From the Citrix Studio, click on the hamburger icon and select logoff.
2) Logout from the cloud portal and preferably close the browser.
3) Launch a new browser and login to the cloud portal.

Disconnected or hung session on the DDCIssue/Introduction
While accessing the Citrix cloud hosted Studio administrator is prompted to enter the DDC address
