Citrix Director error "403 Forbidden : access is denied"

Description
When you try to access Director URL in the browser, there is an error displayed: Server Error - 403 - Forbidden: Access Denied.
Resolution
Enable Default Document from IIS
Steps:
- On the Driector server; open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
- Go to Sites > Default Web Site > Director
- Select Default Document (double click)
- In the Action pane on the right, Enable default document
- Restart IIS
Problem Cause
Default Document was Disabled under IIS for Citrix Director
