Resolution

- The issue has got fixed in 10.0.4, 10.0.5 and later versions.

Problem Cause

Its a known issue in 10.0.3 as stated below in the 10.0.4 release notes

SDWANHELP-490 (SR# 78276130): A core dump error occurs when an ICMP echo packet that creates a new firewall connection causes the packet to offload from the IP host thread to the DPI threads.
