Description

  • Session roaming failed.

  • Session become disconnected.

  • User can reconnect to the disconnected session.

Resolution

Delete registry HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Portica\CleanupSessionListenersCancelDelay to resolve this issue.

Problem Cause

Registry HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Portica\CleanupSessionListenersCancelDelay canceled listener on VDA. Receiver cannot connect to VDA though .ica file got correctly.
