After upgrading both SVM and VPX from 12.1 48.18 to 12.1 49.23, VPX Instances on SDX are showing "Out of Service".
 

To resolve this issue upgrade the SDX to any version above 12.1.50.x.

Workaround

As both the VPX instances are showing ‘out of service’ on SDX, it doesn't allow to change the password using Admin profile.

To restore the services to normal by changing the password (without %):

1. SSH to ADC and run the following command: set system user nsroot nsroot
2. Login to SVM, select instance, modify Admin Profile: ‘ns_nsroot_profile’

Post changes, VPX instances on SDX are UP.
