When shadowing a machine via Director, the Windows Remote Assistance window does not allow "Request Control" (it is greyed out). What feature or resource needs to be enabled in order for this functionality to become available through Director.

Configure the below policy from GPO:

Computer Configuration > Policies (this may be skipped depending on the group policy console you are using) > Administrative Templates > System > Remote Assistance > Offer Remote Assistance

You'll want to enable: Configure Offer Remote Assistance

and in the drop down select: Allow helpers to remotely control the computer

and add the users.
