SDX SVM is hang which is unable to ping, has no GUI Access, nor SSH CLI Access. XenServer is able to access Tried to access from XenServer console, still no response. Tried to reboot SVM, no response. Tried to NMI SVM, no response. Tried to Power off SVM, SVM change to deadbeef state and have to reboot SDX box to reboot SVM.

The issue is fixed in XS65ESP1029. Upgrade to NS 11.1 build 59+ or NS 12.0 build 58+ to fix the issue.
