Description
Client certificate authentication is being used for MAM. Enrollment of new devices is failing MAM but successful for MDM.

Resolution
Check for below information
* Is user the part of shared device?, if so
* Please goto (XM console>Manage>Users>Check for afftected user's role) then (Settings>Role-Based Access Control>Click on the respective role>Edit>Uncheck "Shared devices enroller") and try to re-enroll the device.
Note:Cert based setups are not supported for XME shared device, so we are blocking the enrollment
Issue/Introduction
Error:enrollment failed.Configuration does not support client certificate for authentication.
MAM enrollment faills when user is part of Shared devices.
