This issue and resolution are only related to 7.15 LTSR CU1 + on Server 2016 operating system.
When a user moves or resizes a published application, they noticed black frames around the application.
These frames disappear very quickly.

Resolution

Disable AA hook on the VDA:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\TWI
Value Name: SeamlessFlags
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 0x4

Problem Cause

AA hook is working well on Server 2008r2 + 2012r2. We are seeing some issues on Server 2016 when AA hook is enabled.
