Unable to upgrade Storefront

Resolution

Manually stop the following Services: 
  • CitrixConfigurationReplication 
  • CitrixCredentialWallet 
  • CitrixDefaultDomainService 
  • CitrixPeerResolutionService
  • CitrixSubscriptionsStore 
  • Make sure the Management console for StoreFront and PowerShell is NOT open. 
  • Stop the World Wide Web Publishing Service.  - Perform the upgrade now.  - It should be successful now.

Problem Cause

World Wide Web Publishing Service was running and while upgrading it was not able to stop the service so failing the upgrade process.
