Secure Mail on iOS opens for about 5 seconds then crashes

Description
When Secure Mail opens all looks ok, after about 5 seconds the app crashes. Just for one user regardless of iOS device.
Resolution
To resolve this issue:

In the users outlook, go to contacts.

For any contacts with notes, make any kind of edit to the notes.

Try launching Secure Mail again.
Problem Cause
A corrupted contact with notes in the mail box is the cause of the issue.Issue/Introduction
